Willie Lee "Black Power" McNeal  64 of Tallahassee entered the sunset of life May 23, 2022 at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. He was born on May 15, 1958 to late Henry & Sally Mae McNeal

Willie was a native of Palatka and was educated in the Putnam County School Systems

"Willie AKA Black Power " was known for his sweet spirit & loving his family.

In Willie's spare time she enjoyed cooking, fishing, & having a good time

Willie was preceded in death by: Henry McNeal Jr , Sally McNeal, (Sisters) Rose McNeal, Elizabeth McNeal Viola McNeal, (Brother) Ernest McNeal
