Willie J. " Bookie" Leonard III, Sr 42 of Palatka, Florida, peacefully departed to be with the Lord on December 30, 2024, in Greenville SC. Willie was born on August 25, 1982 in St Augustine Florida to Willie J. Leonard Jr & Brendlyn Dumas. He received his education through the Putnam County School District, graduated From Palatka High School Class of 2001. He also earned a bachelors of arts degree in business administration.

"Bookie" was a sociable person with an infectious personality, kind heart, and radiant smile. He cherished every moment spent with family, friends, and loved ones.

His passion for traveling and his unwavering spirit will forever be remembered. A pillar of strength and a beacon of love, his absence leaves a void in our hearts.

He was preceded in death by his (Mother) Brendlyn A. Dumas (Brother) Derrick T. Leonard (Maternal Grandparent) Lottie B. Simpson, Gertrude and Wiley Shingles; (Paternal Grandparents), Willie, Sr & Betty Leonard; (Aunt) D'Ann Wingo (Uncle) Simon Leonard, and (Aunt) Sandy Bess Sellers.
