Mr. Virgil Lee " Blad" Torrance was born in Palatka, FL January 31, 1950 to the parentage of Tom Torrance, Sr. and Ruby Lee Torrance. Virgil loved being around his family most of all his Grandchildren. He worked for the city of Palatka for 31 years and loved it until he retired. The lord looked around the garden of the world and found that   he wanted Virgil to be a part of his bouquet. On May 21st, Virgil was plucked from this life to be a part of God's tapestry. He leaves to cherish his memory his children; Samuel Torrance, Dynell Torrance, Blanche Torrance, Tonette Boles Torrance, Tawana Torrance, Tameka Torrance, Donte Torrance. One Sister; Geneva T. Smith, Brothers; Willie Torrance, Bernard (Julia) Torrance, William (Lavonda) Torrance, all of Palatka, FL, and Johnnie (Debra) Torrance of Daytona Beach, FL. Special Friends; Mike Peoples, Billy Golden, Eddie Walker, Dean Johns. He is preceded in death by his Father and Mother Tom and Ruby Torrance Sr, Brothers Tom, James, and Walter Torrance, Grandsons Shaquille Brown, Tim'morian Wiggins. And a host of Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, and other  relatives.
