Troy L. Massey Sr 76 of San Mateo entered the sunset of life on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at HCA Florida Putnam Hospital. He was born October 26, 1946 to Mose Wight & Elise George- Massey. Troy graduated J.R. Lee High School Wildwood & Santa Fe Community College, he had a long successful career in the Department of Corrections he retired in 1995 after working 25 years as a lieutenant. Troy AKA "ToeJO" was a people person who always enjoyed fishing, hunting, raising hogs and most of all spending time with his family & friends
