Rochelle Rosa Lee Spells 80 of Palatka was born October 6, 1945, to Johnny K. Moore & Alberta Moore in Ocala FL, she graduated from Central Academy, High School class of 1963 she retired from Georgia-Pacific after 42 years of service. She was a active member of Greater Mt Moriah Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend Michael McKay where she served as the church clerk and Usher board until her health declined

Rochelle aka "Doll" was a tremendous advocator for all people and lived life to the fullest. In spare time she enjoyed fishing, crossword puzzles, gambling, taking cruises with Roliene and spending time with her grandchildren. Her radiant smile & passion and her unwavering spirit will forever be remembered.

On Sunday morning March 8, 2026, Doll answered her heavenly call at Haven - Roberts Hospice Care Center surrounded by her family
