Linda Maxine Burney Was born on June 27, 1954 in Miami Florida, to the late Katie lee and Frank smith. She was a native of palatka Florida and graduated central academy high school in Putnam county

Linda was known for her sweet spirit. Serving was apart of Linda's character, not only did she serve others by making sure they were cared for, but she also served as a dedicated member of New Mount Zion Baptist Church in palatka Florida. In addition to that, Linda was employed in the health industry as a CNA.

In Linda's spare time she enjoyed singing, gardening, sewing, and working as a volunteer for service for others in her community.

Linda proceeded in death by Edward Burney III, Sylvester Bell, Frankie Smith jr, Barry Smith, Vivian smith, Preskay Maxine Burney. King everlasting, Mary Ethal Jones,
