David is the son of the late David L. Bullard Sr & Allene L. Bullard  He was born on July 10, 1960 in Woodbine Ga and was educated in the Putnam school system. David was a very skillful an hard worker and held various jobs throughout Putnam Country

David aka "Bullet" was a people person and was the life of the party who always enjoyed spending time with his close friends. In his spare time he enjoyed playing basketball, shooting pool, playing with his grandchildren & Socializing
